How I build good relationship with my students

In my opinion a good relationship between a tutor and her/his scholars is built on a solid foundation of observance, good understanding and confidence. In order to efficiently evaluate trainees' needs and wants, the tutor has to first understand learners and the place they are coming from. The teacher should be the first to open the doors of excellent communication, as not all children and parents will show that effort. The teacher must likewise want to inform about her/his personal expectations to the trainees; with an honest treatment towards her/his students and demonstrating a care for their learning and their lives is essential when doing this. If both the instructor and students realise each other's objectives and perspectives, the building blocks of mutual respect are developed. Both trainees and instructors deserve and strive for respect as humans and personalities; instructors likewise strive for respect in the expert meaning yet should be careful how they set about it. As a mentor, I will certainly remain in a position of administration, but I do not wish to be an autocratic or tyrant.
